We are looking for a:
Consultant for English In-House Training
Fluency in English is an essential skill for Oxfam’s staffs; however some of the staffs have room for development in English skill, both in written and oral. This training meant to develop English skills and to minimize the gap between English native speaker staffs, well fluent staffs and limited English skill staffs. Consultant expected to provide initial assessment of English skill, providing resource/ training material, creating documentation for learning progress and final assessment and reporting of the training outcome.
Objectives
The main purpose of this consultancy is to provide English in-house training for Oxfam in Indonesia’s staffs based in Jakarta Office including providing assessment, resource/ training material and documentation of learning progress and outcome.
The specific objectives of the consultancy are to:
1. To minimize the gap between native speaker, staff with well fluent English and staff with limited English
2. To develop English skill of Oxfam’s staff in written and oral
3. To develop Oxfam’s staffs confidence in using English in daily activities such as writing professional letters, writing report, conversation and giving presentation in English
Qualification:
1. Significant experiences in providing in-house English training for adult
2. Excellent ability in providing active learning methods
